Anna Sirota is a photographer and writer by trade and has only recently delved into the world of music. Anna was born in St. Petersburg, Russia, and raised in Brooklyn, New York. Her musical influences are Robert Plant, Joe Bonamassa, Beth Hart, Mark Lanegan, and Alice In Chains. Since meeting in 2007, Anna has photographed Johnny Rock on several occasions. In 2013, Johnny and his bandmates in Blue Sour (later Men or Myth) chose one of Anna’s “Identity” series photos as the cover of their single, “Play The Fool.”

For The Record will be home to Anna’a singing and songwriting debut, “It’s Been A While“. Andrew Reynolds‘ music and melody compliment Anna’s lyrics, as does the upright bass work of Scott Bross and a flute part by Paul Larsen.
